We sold our house in Bellingdon through Savills in Amersham. Mike Lillitou looked after the sale of the house, but we spoke with most of the team over the selling period. From start to finish, the service was professional and we felt included throughout. The company that took the photos took great care setting the scene, advising us on what to remove or to place and they blurred photos to ensure privacy. All of the team were professional, knowledgeable and supportive, but we found Mike to be exceptional. He was passionate about the house and sale. He kept us and the buyers informed of the progress and liaised with the solicitors when required. Having just bought another property out of area, dealing with another estate agent, we realise how good Savills of Amersham are. We recommend them for the sale or purchase of your property.

I've just Completed a purchase via Savills Amersham just today, in the midst of the C19 Lockdown! The entire experience from day 1 with Savills was an absolute pleasure. The most challenging part of the process personally was negotiating and closing, thereafter the long journey to completion. bought in Amersham through Savills, just an entry level apartment that would be very much at the lower of of their usual properties but you would not know it by the way we were treated. The team there, particularly Claire (thanks so much for everything) could not have been more professional and dedicated. Kept us informed throughout and there were a couple of bumps in the process that they went beyond their responsibility on even being available outside of normal hours. The whole purchasing process is never easy at the best of times but Claire and the team ensured it went smoothly and their experience averted what other agents have let happen in the past. Over a long period of searching Helen and Claire really got to know our particular requirements and understood what we would and wouldn't compromise on when buying our next house. We recently finally bought a house through Savills. They were very efficient and quick to chase parties when an activity became delayed and impacted timescales. They turned around buyer questions quickly and accommodated surveys etc very flexibly. On one occasion Claire personally retrieved documents from the sellers solicitor in order that we met our exchange date. Very even handed when dealing between buyer and seller, helped source a second survey to secure a compromise between both parties. Very professional at all times but always with a friendly smile. Highly recommend.

Mike Lillitou at Savills found us our dream family home! It was a long search for us due to specific requirements but Mike really understood and listened to these to help us find the perfect house in the end and it was worth the wait.
