Really grateful to Niral and Nikki for all their help for our property purchase in Amersham. They are very professional and always responsive whenever you need. My purchase took a long time being probate and the team was always responsive to my queries and kept me informed. I have bought properties through other estate agents in the past, all were not this responsive in my experience. I feel any house purchase or sell is a stressful process and hunters have certainly kept me at peace in this journey. Many thanks ! Niral has a lot of knowledge in the area and related to property in general. He always used to call me when I chase him for an update to assure me all is well. Hunters are not interested

Hunters let the house adjacent to ours. There have been multiple pipe leaks around the bathroom causing flooding which in turn is causing damp smells on our side due to the length of time taken to address the issues. It's been repaired after four weeks now within hours water is currently coming through the ceiling next door soaking our party wall and they have told the tennant it's livable no problem. Hopefully they won't charge them for a wet room!!!

Damaged our house, and we're not even their clients!

Hunters hung a "for sale" sign on our property, which was a surprise to us, since we were neither selling nor letting the property. When asked to take it down, four visible holes have been left in the wall of our home. It has been six and a half weeks, and the holes are still there. In a couple of weeks, we're going to need to escalate this to the ombudsman. Frankly, I'd be happy with getting the cost of some filler from them and doing it myself. Companies need to be held responsible for damage - they cannot be let off with an "oopsie, my bad".

Hunters, Amersham is a very different estate agency. What attracted me to Hunters when selling my home was Niral Batavia’s fair and ethical approach. He and his team present as caring and considerate. Their photographer Jonathan took beautiful photos and a video. The brochure was attractive and well laid out. Hunters worked very hard to reach the widest possible market for my home and took time to make sure the viewings were well managed and effective. I was kept informed about every appointment arranged, cancellations (unfortunately they do happen) and feedback. Niral’s approach to pricing is realistic and sensible. I always felt that Niral had my best interests at heart. He has a strong moral compass and that is a really important, indeed essential, quality in an estate agent. I have no hesitation in recommending Niral, Nikki and Urvi from Hunters, Amersham. They made me feel as if they cared as much about my home as I do. That made all the difference.

lettings fees are very high

For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.
