Dear Mark, I have spoken to the commercial manager and his team regarding your review. We’re sorry you missed out on the purchase of the very popular property, however, the seller chose to withdraw the property and therefore all viewings, pending viewings and offers were cancelled. I have looked into this and can confirm the commercial team did send you the brochure and also chased the seller to organise a viewing on your behalf. In this instance the seller was slow to respond to our request for your viewing which was why our response to you was delayed while we were awaiting their response. Additionally, the seller apologised for the delay in response for the viewings request they were deciding whether to withdraw the property due to personal circumstances. Dear David, You mentioned in your email to the branch that you are a neighbour to a property being marketed by us and that historically the neighbouring property had caused damage to your home. I believe you wanted us to raise this concern with any potential buyers. We have spoken to the branch and they have informed us that they spoke to you on the 7th September 2022 regarding the issue you raised in your email. Unfortunately as they discussed with you, without a letter from a solicitor regarding the issue, this isn’t something we could convey to potential buyers. Rest assured, if there were any issues with the property, this would come up in a survey which is a legal matter and would be dealt with by solicitors. We would appreciate if you could edit/remove your review as we feel this isn’t an accurate representation of our service.
