Helped me get the mortgage I required, the insurance products I need, and did so with a keen interest in what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something I don't want. I cant recommend her enough, very good mortgage broker, and shall be returning when it comes time to my next mortgage review in 5 years.

Googlewe would have given NO STAR'S BUT it diesnt allow ypu to do so. Villains and rogue letting agents, disgraceful...my son went without any refuse bin facility after renting a newly converted Cosy flats apt in HEANOR. RANG THEM AROUND 30PLUS TIMES to no avail ...was told by Amber valley council the landlord NOR HALL and BENSON are bot interested in their tenant s needs or legal requirements...just keen to get your rent money paid. Still after 8 months of fully paid rent they are illegally holding on to our 395.00 bond paid. This should have been repaid within 10 working days according to the Tenancy Deposit protection scheme. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You Will not get your bond back. Literally havibg to go through the TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME TO RECEIVE BOND BACK IN GOD KNOWS WHAT COULD TAKE MONTHS.To ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT IN HEANOR COSY FLATS ...THERE IS STILL NO REFUSE DISPOSAL AVAILABLE AFTER 8 MONTHS.

GoogleNot as good as it was. They are now an estate agent that tries to get you to have their in house mortgage advisor. Obviously get a cut from it. Seems like a conflict of interest to me. They sort viewings quite efficiently once they have taken all your essential details like "do you need a mortgage"

GoogleNot good company at all, Sold me the house in their words as clean and tidy and I found rotten food, loads of smelling dog urine and even dog excrement in the kitchen.. When I wanted t sell the house last year, they never came to take photos. I demand £10000 from Hall & Benson Always avoid.
