I would recommend the Hall & Benson team to anyone and everyone! We used Danielle as our mortgage advisor, she helped us get the best possible mortgage for our situation and helped us along the way with any questions. The whole team was great help with anything that cropped up and made the first time buying a smoother process! Beth did everything she could to help us out along the way and sorted any problems we have straightaway. We couldn’t thank them enough and recommend them to anyone!

Rang up the other day enquiring about 3 different properties because we were interested in viewing them, the agent on the phone was condescending and rude. As most couples do, we both work and wanted to see if they had any availability for us both to view any of the properties on Tuesday the following week and it really just seemed like she didn’t want to help at all. Didn’t give me any other days or weeks that they had availability for either. Wouldn’t recommend going to them about anything if you don’t want to go away being made to feel like you’re dumb. Feel sorry for the people selling with them, the agents should be wanting to sell properties but clearly not🤔

Excellent customer service, over and above any expectations! My mum moved from Derbyshire to Lincolnshire due to health reasons and we needed to sell her home. Adam travelled to her in Lincolnshire to go through everything and get the paperwork signed as my mum was unable to travel. In just 4 weeks the property was marketed, had fantastic viewing interest and a full asking price offer was received and accepted!
