GoogleTried to put in a few offers a year ago for same house and found them unbelievably rude, did not seem to pass the offers on. Estate agents didn't seem to believe I could afford or even pass offers on, did use a mortgage broker as well as trying on my own but very snobbish and rude. Will never use them or buy a house off them ever!

GoogleUnimpressed with the Alfreton branch. Had an offer accepted on a house sent through proof of funds and ID etc. then the very next day get a phone call saying there had been another offer !!! So of course they wanted me to offer more so I refused as I'm not prepared to play silly games. So as far as I am concerned they are sly and untrustworthy !!!!

GoogleThey tell vendors you can't afford their house if you don't buy their expensive mortgage products. Not a legal or fair practice. Then phoned me a couple of months later trying to sell me a more expensive house. Wouldn't buy off them ever.

GoogleCalled twice in a week to try and arrange viewings on 2 properties. Never answered the phone, never called back. It’s been over a week now, still nothing. Save your money and go elsewhere!
