I cannot rate highly enough. The Hall and Benson Alfreton team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and overall brilliant! Chris has been fantastic at helping me to get a mortgage that suits my specific circumstances. He understood what I needed and made sure he could find me the very best deal I could. He is patient and explains everything in a way that I can actually understand. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Special shout outs also to Matthew and Carly who have also been fantastic at helping me to try and find the right property. They are friendly and helpful every time I speak with them! A huge, huge thank you to the whole team!! They genuinly care, and that is very unusual and makes a very stressful process a lot more fun.

Bought a terraced property from Hall and Benson ,Alfreton I found the whole process really easy , nothing was too much trouble for them especially with the viewings with Carly and any concerns I had with the property were dealt with extreme efficiency . All the staff at the Alfreton branch have been really helpful throughout the entire process of selling my property. So ive been working with Chris Astill at this branch since July last year, due to no fault of Chris's it dragged on slighty, but from start to finish he has been brilliant guiding me threw everything step by step, sending me all forms i need and info to go with, when and where things needed to be done, we were close to completion in Nov last year , and due to things on my part the offer got withdrawn. He worked with me again and waited for my issues to resolve, a few months later, got me a better deal than the first, as rates dropped in the time we was waiting, again, helpful every step of the way. I knew nothing when we first met and he made sure i understood everything at every step. I now complete next friday and couldnt be happier purchasing my first home, something i never thought possible a few years ago, i couldnt recommend enough, professionlism, courtesy and understanding every step of the way, very knowledgeable, there were never really problems in the end, only more solutions. Well today I collect the keys for our new adventure! I'm nervous to say the least but all I can say is the team at Hall & Benson Alfreton have made the whole experience so much more pleasurable! A big shout out to Chris Astill especially, he was always on the end of the phone no matter how much I needed him. He always explained everything to me & kept me updated & if he couldn't he would always go away & find the answers. He was my Estate Agent & Mortgage Broker & it was so much easier having everything under one roof.
