FacebookLife will surely teach you lesson before you will experience the good part of it, I had a bad experience falling from one scammer to another until I read up a review about MRS Morris Bertha I was still in doubt but kept seeing many testimony's of her good works so I was convinced and decided to give it a try and I gave in my last shot and invested $1,000 for a start, she really played her own part of the deal as she promised me, now I have gotten my second withdrawal of $13,000 without paying for any charges fee unlike other account manager. FacebookEven though I know the lettings market is mental this year, that doesn't mean you have to do an unprofessional job. Booked in the morning for a same day viewing - e-mail missed, have to call up. At the location agent is already gone because it "didn't come up on the diary" even though the agency confirmed the booking. Agent's attitude was apalling, she didn't see the point of coming back to her missed viewing because there were already a few applicantions put in - what gives you the right to take away the opportunity to put my application as well? She felt it would be a waste of time to come back but how about us wasting our time coming there? Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated.

We provided 3 current & previous landlord references and instead of waiting to hear back from all 3, they made a judgememt on only one (previous, disgruntled landlord for a 6month tenancy) and took £220 from me for a non refundable "application fee". Don't part with your money, go elsewhere!
Dear Mr McGinty, we have already been down this road with the previous review that the joint applicant left nearly two years ago. You were both fully aware of our procedure and at many stages like our other renters you had the opportunity to discuss any issues you may have had regarding previous tenancies. Unfortunately no such information was offered in this case. We have a duty of care to our landlords and our tenants alike and we do take this very seriously. Your issue is with your previous landlord and how that particular tenancy was conducted and not Kirn Estates.
