GoogleAwful awful people, do NOT use! They grab your holding fee and then you lose it unless all of your references come back 100% perfect, and believe me they do many many checks which are totally unnecessary, for letting a property, but probably a sneaky way for them to make money by keeping peoples fees. Go with one of the bigger agents who are more professional and would never treat you like Kirn Estates have treated us.
