There's simply no other estate agent you should consider in South Manchester. Kirsty and her team; Dani, Jordan, and Amelia, were impeccible throughout our experience with them. Our home was first listed with another agent for several months, received over 20 viewings but zero offers. The first agent only had one stream of advice: reduce, reduce, reduce. We switched to Kirn Estates who came in with practical advice on how to improve our home (without spending a fortune), incredible professionalism and communicatiion, and a genuine desire to help our family. Our property received multiple offers within mere days of being listed with Kirn, and sold for 10k more than our previous agent said we would. Our sale was also finalised well within the ideal timeline we gave them. We will 100% use Kirn for any future home moves.

Today I am leaving a review firstly to say a big THANK YOU… to all of the team @ Kirn especially Joshua for looking after me as a landlord. The last few years I have had health issues and Kirn have been so respectful about this and took on the load. I have been with kirn at least 10 + years. I started my portfolio in the late 80’s a time when you managed your own properties then agents but now only Kirn. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to start renting or even looking buy … Your tenants will be looked after. I get regular updates about the properties. They seem to get the right tenants and they stay with you because Kirn make sure their needs are met which makes for happy tenants and us as landlords. They look after you and your investments ! Kirsty done all viewing in blocks on Saturday to prevent us all being out the house all the time throughout the house. Unfortunately, shortly after having our offer accepted on the property, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred; making the whole process extremely stressful for us. I am in the process of buying a house and have approached numerous agents to ask for help in finding the right property. All have just informed me to go online and sign up even though I have asked if they could take details on what I am actually looking for. Basically a - ‘do it yourself’ attitude… I wouldn’t mind but the properties I get sent by email don’t match my requirements even number of bedrooms / price etc. Jordan at Kirn Estates is the first person that has actually taken time to listen to my needs and wants and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. He sends me realistic properties that i am interested in. We recently bought our house in Levenshulme through Kirn Estates and we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service, knowledge, support and professionalism. We viewed the property with Jordan and rather than being passed on to a sales progression team we dealt with Jordan the entire way through the purchase. Jordan has an excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process and advised us not only on our purchase but our sale to ensure we completed before the end of the stamp duty holiday. We successfully sold our 3 bed semi in Northern Moor with Jordan and team in September and were thoroughly impressed at all stages of the process. Every member of staff felt kind, genuine and kept our best interests in heart at all times. We initially considered several of the larger national/regional estate agents but were won over by the friendly and personal approach, not to mention extensive knowledge of the local area.
