GoogleI don't know where to start to be honest! Sue who dealt with us was professional friendly and informative,what I really liked about her was that unlike many rental estate agents she took her time to explain what she would do and where she would put her furniture if she lived there a really personal approach that made you get a proper feel for the house unlike most agents who seem to think because your renting your not worth the same attention.
Whenever I've had a query about the letting process or the house in general they have all been quick and happy to respond.
Dealing with sue was honestly like speaking to a friend she really is an asset to the company and we really liked the welcome pack which consisted of toiletries,cleaning products and vouchers really nice thought.
I would recommend anyone to use kirn estates!!

Sadly someone close passed away and I had to deal with the estate and as I was out of the area Kirsty from Kirn Estates was absolutely amazing!
It wasnt just Kirsty but a team effort by all. Being from out of the area you often get nervous, but her regular contact with updates was immense! She even asked if she could take the curtains down as this putting buyers off!
When she rang me (regularly) it wasnt just for a marketing update but we had a chat about the weather... my dog... and of course what am I doing at the weekend ...anything exciting! - She made feel like a human and friend not a business transaction!
Kirsty will be on my christmas list this year and I feel I have made a friend for life! If any of my friends in Manchester are looking to sell you will be highly reccomend for my agent of choice! Thank you

GoogleKirn Estates provided a fantastic service when we sold our house. From the initial valuation until we completed our sale, Kirn were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always there to advise and assist with any queries that we had.
They gave an honest valuation, and worked hard to secure the sale price that we were hoping for. We always felt comfortable leaving our house in their hands for viewings, which also included a text messaging service which kept us up to date when viewings were booked in etc.
We had valuations from a few different estate agents, but the others were pushy, and more interested in making maximum money from you, rather than selling your house.
If you're thinking of selling your home, definitely give Kirn the opportunity. Highly recommended.
