Polite , professional and efficient

Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . I had to contact Alice a few times with a couple of queries over the past few weeks and her reply has always been quick and informative, and minor problems solved instantly .I’m very impressed with the service that Alice provided , and feel secure that any future issues dealt with just as efficiently.

Great experience with Loren

Great experience with Loren, Loren was able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner to resolve an ongoing issue I had! Very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her.

A more than satisfactory experience.

Our objective last October when we approached Jackson-Stops to market our property was to achieve a sale as soon as possible. Market conditions were not favourable and even deteriorated over the winter months. Despite this, Karl Ormerod approached the challenge professionally, liaising with us throughout the process and communicating regularly (not always during standard office hours). Karl’s approach was business like, which in itself gave us confidence (as clients) and I am certain helped to get the buyer over the line.A job well done!Rod.

What a great team

The team at Jackson-Stops are outstanding. They handled my purchase & in particular Mandy went over & above the call of duty in chasing Solicitors, liaising with the vendor & always keeping me updated every step of the way. I highly recomend them & wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Thanks you for making things easy.

Philip and his team were excellent

Philip and his team were conscientious and incredibly helpful, personable and considerate at all times and were the epitome of professionalism. I wouldn't use any other estate agent other than Jackson Stops now and all my relatives are doing the same because they go above and beyond.

Sadly 1 star

Sadly 1 star. My experience with them is they are dishonest and will work within legal frameworks whilst lying to you. Bought a non primary residence in the Cotswolds with them recently, was told the oven was an everhot.. it’s not, it’s a smeg. Was told the property had previously been under offer at the same price.. it hadn’t, it was 150k lower, found out through severe googling this week. Was told the house had been surveyed and ready to go (we of course carried out our own) and lots of issues came up they knew about and didn’t flag. MOST ashamedly, they accepted out of asking and then AFTER doing all of the background checks and mortgage offer etc etc etc they told us that the house had an outstanding land issue (known about by them months before offer was made) that required hundreds of thousands of pounds to be paid to resolve and had no immediate timeline.

A Fantastic team

A Fantastic team, lead by Anthony Jevons at The Hale office meant the sale of our property went smoothly from start to finish. The house was sold STC within 72 hours of agreeing to use Jackson Stops and the sale completed today without a hitch. Although more expensive than quotes from other agents in the area it was well worth it and certainly money well spent. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency and Anthony Jevons in particular

Highly recommend Jackson-Stops

I worked very closely with Lottie Watts and she ensured that the sale of my house and purchase of my new house went as smoothly as possible. Even though there were a couple of hiccups along the way, Lottie did not expect me to deal with anything, she absolutely took the stress out of the process by being available to speak to all parties and resolved the issues with the minimum of fuss. I would fully recommend using Jackson-Stops to either purchase a property form, or sell your property. I sold and moved into my new house within 4 months of my house going on the market.

Current purchase

Been recently been purchasing a property with Jackson Stops.Got to point of exchange but had a few issues came up from searches which hadn't been told before tried to get Stephen Cheshire to contact myself but no response only to come to a Friday to be asked are you going to exchange at time had concerns which needed answers. There response was just to put back on market and no response to my email.Even last Friday contacted Stephen and asked if property still available was told yes and sent long email.Noticed today been sold again.Basically been treated very poorly and basically rude.I'm sorry my mother was taken ill on the Friday you asked for exchange but I did email to no response back same as for last Monday.Very unprofessional not even being told vendor was selling elsewhere.

Fantastic property management experience all round!

We had a fantastic experience of Jackson-Stops over the course of our three-year tenancy. The team were always professional, efficient, and approachable. The flat was in great condition and any issues that came up in the ordinary course were handled quickly by Jackson-Stops. This agency respects their tenants and landlords, would recommend working with Jackson-Stops.

We could not recommend Jackson-Stops more highly. Anthony Jevons @ the Hale Branch, Cheshire was incredible. He took all the stress away of selling the family home our parents had lived in for 65 years. A group WhatsApp was set up between us and he kept us in the loop at all times with regard to viewings and feed-back. For myself I have worked in property for over 35 years and have never come across anyone as diligent & hard working as Anthony....don't think twice, ask Anthony to sell your property. The service I received from Jackson-Stops was professional, supportive and efficient throughout a selling process that had many twists and turns. Anthony dealt personally with my sale but I got to know all the staff who were extremely personable, attentive and helpful.

Excellent helpful team

Great service from Ed and his team at Jackson Stops. From the first call we made to try to get a same day appointment to view a house we had by chance fallen in love with, to the stress free moving in day, to the aftercare with any questions arising, we have been really well taken care of by all the JS team. We love our new house and the journey to get here has been pretty smooth. Thank you all!

A great experience!

Efficient, hard-working and approachable! Justine, Tim and John have been incredibly helpful and managed to secure a sale on our house within 15 days! Phone calls were promptly returned and any request was happily and quickly arranged. When a second viewing was requested on a late Friday evening, Justine paused her weekend to support us with this. The professionalism and dedication from this team is breath taking. Thank you for a great experience. You excel at what you do!
