Second occasion contacting these agents ref a building plot that had fell through before in Wyverstone Suffolk. First time round I was told a certain chap/agent I needed to speak to was not available and he would call back. No call back I then phoned again to be told plot was under offer. Plot came back on the market last week end of June 2020, so my wife called as we were in the car driving past the plot. No call back again a couple of days later my wife contacts them online got live reply saying they would get back to her with info. Guess what no call back. So I phoned up on the 3/7/20 a couple of days later to be told plot under offer. Told we have your number if it falls through. Something not right with this agent be aware!!!!

GoogleMy wife and I initially used another agent to sell our property in March 2018. After 6 months we changed to Jackson Stops. They were much more efficient with quality photographs and description of our property and adverts in Cheshire Life. Brexit has caused problems in selling but persistence has resulted in success. Throughout the process Lucy and Anthony have been most helpful with advice and arrangements throughout the final buying process.

We sat outside the property for 40 minutes waiting for the agent to show up, which she never did. When we finally got through to the office on the phone the agent who was meant to be showing us the property simply told us she had forgotten about us, with no apology offered - just a 'Can we do it another time, I can't leave the office now anyway.' A complete disregard for our time! Wholly unprofessional, and we aren't surprised that the landlords have been struggling to rent the property if the agent can't actually be bothered to turn up to viewings! We will be avoiding Jackson-Stops like the plague - and would advise any landlords to think twice before using their services!
