I would give zero stars but unfortunately it’s not an option. They don’t respect people or people’s time. They are very quick to contact you when they need something but will make you wait for ages when you need anything from them. They don’t pass messages and it’s extremely difficult to find anyone knowledgeable there.

The service offered by Lottie and Ed was outstanding from the moment I first viewed the house they were marketing to the completion some three months later. Googlen my experience it’s rare for people to recommend estate/ lettings agents but every member of staff is an asset to the Jackson Stops team. Always very attentive and professional, they listened to my requirements, delivered on promises made, responding to communication quickly. Among many unresponsive and incompetent solicitors, Lottie at Jackson stops what’s the only one who answered the phone, the only one who knew what they were doing, and the one who carried all the other’s dead weight. 11/10 would recommend, I’m certain we’d have lost the house if not for Lottie’s excellent stewardship of our purchase.
