Over a long period, Stephenson Browne in Alsager have managed my property. They always inform me whenever there is a query with an aspect of the property, and carry out regular inventory checks. If any work needs to be done, there is always good communication, so that contractors are prompt to carry out repairs, and the price of work done is always reasonable. On top of this, they have established a good relationship with the tenants, so that there is a personal touch to dealings between us, which has resulted in a stable long-term tenancy.

I can highly recommend Stephenson Browne to sell a property. Matt was quick to make the initial visit, discuss the market and list the property at an achievable price with very professional particulars. Communication with the office was professional throughout and quick responses to any enquiries either by telephone or email. Viewings were conducted without issues during Covid restrictions and a sale secured within one month. I would have no hesitation in recommending or dealing with Stephenson Browne again in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with their service…

Absolutely disgusted with their service in the Alsager branch. Their manager Margret is only bothered about the "sale" and earning commission rather than the impact that she has of families not keeping them updated with the purchase of a property. I would NEVER recommend and I would rather knock on the door of a property that was advertised by them and approach directly. Shame on you Margret!!!

After my initial meeting with Matt, it was clear that there was nobody else I would want to sell my property. He was professional, enthusiastic, clear in his communication and realistic about what my expectations should be. The ongoing service from the office support staff, arranging viewings and follow up information was also on point. All members of staff that we dealt with at Stephenson Browne were friendly, knowledgeable and an asset to the team. With reasonable notice, we asked three agents in Alsager to meet us on a Saturday afternoon to discuss the marketing of my late mother in law’s bungalow. One agent could not find anyone to attend so we discounted them. The other two turned up and their representatives were both impressive. One suggested a price £35k higher than the other. We knew nothing of the Alsager property market so we went for the higher price. We then wasted 17 weeks during which we had maybe 10 viewings and not even the hint of a single offer. We learned a lot about the Alsager property market. In week 18 we turned to Stephenson Browne who had suggested the lower price. Brittany Stokoe looked for a buyer, she was resourceful and her enthusiasm never waned. When she found the deal, Margret Caddy stepped in and refused to let the lawyers create the communication chasm that some lawyers seem to covet. She responded instantly to queries and problems and used immense initiative to close the deal. Brittany and Margret were supported by others and together they did a great job for us.
