We were on the market for 11 years with Rook Mathews and NOT one Viewing. They did absolutely nothing they said they would do on initiation back in 2008. Lucky we were not desperate to move. Months and years would go by without contact from them. I paid them upfront for advertising which I would advise against. Avoid this company for sure. They valued the property, initially, then gradually convinced me to lower the price to quicken the sale, that inevitably did not happen. I changed to another agent, and had 5 views in 3 months.

They use data provided by Rightmove, as well as their local expertise when offering clients a market appraisal and we can assure you these are realistic prices as we save every bit of evidence we collect to back this up. Independent Research shows our Alnwick branch are the ’”number one” agent in their area for property sales and we can guarantee this would not be the case if our properties were overvalued, as people would simply not want to buy them.
