Team BBJ worked wonders selling our house. They sold our property within 2 days of marketing and made a very stressful process a real pleasure. The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure that the sale was progressed. We sale agreed, exchanged and completed on the sale of our property within 10 weeks, a superb achievement. Thanks BBJ , I will have no hesitation in recommending them; from the moment the knowledgable and experienced agent stepped through our door we knew they were the ones to sell our property.

Rob Jones valued the house we are purchasing and I thought the service we received from him - and everyone at Boxal Brown & Jones was superb. Rob called me on the day of the survey to put my mind at ease, and the report was delivered a few days later. Boxall Brown and Jones have helped my family sell our house and move into the house of our dreams! They have been efficient, contactable and incredibly helpful. They are very quick at contacting you and are always available to take your call which I feel is so important. If you are looking for a professional agency to offer you a great personal service look no further than Boxalls. They understand the market well and have expert knowledge of the local areas in and around Derby. I have used them on numerous occasions to sell property and cannot recommend them highly enough. They do what they say and even call you back !There are no guarantees to the success of a property sale but instructing BBJ to take care of it is a great start.

I used BBJ to sell my late mother's house in Derby. Throughout they were excellent. Chris Birds, the valuer, clearly understood both the house (a large Victorian property) and the local market, and gave a carefully justified valuation. Later, when it came to negotiating,Michelle Sillett and others very successfully increased the initial offer. Communication was excellent and BBJ were able to assist with access and recommendations for e.g. house clearance very efficiently.
