A first class service from start to finish. The team are organised, helpful, and can offer advice throughout the process. They have a superb knowledge of the market and are able to advise on what is realistic and achievable. Tricky negotiations did not cause a problem and the team were able to remove all of the usual hassle. No hesitation in recommending.

After viewing the property ,We were happy with the way things were going ,How ever it took a long time toget through to any body on things that needed doing ,WE have now discovered that the back lane was leftwith rubbish left by the last tenants which we are stiilwaiting to be moved . will travis

I used the Allestree branch of BBJ to sell my house and nothing was too much trouble. They chased everybody on a regular basis and kept things moving. When I had a slight problem and thought my sale may fall through, they went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is an Estate agency that cares about the individual. Nothing is too much trouble. We have both sold and bought a house using Boxall Brown services and cannot praise them enough. We would give them the highest rating.
