GoogleDidn't even know that a new house had an energy performance certificate. Tried charging for one

We are aware that new houses have an EPC and your free valuation follow up email was a standard letter as discussed. This informs clients that we can arrange an EPC on their behalf if required, we have not invoiced or tired to charge for this service as it was a free valuation.

Thank you for your comments. When you left the property a deduction had to be made for the decorating out of your bond. The bond was then sent to you quickly. I have looked at your history and can only find that the lettings team have responded quickly to any problems that you have reported. Sorry to hear you were not happy.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting treatment. I had 2 viewings today do took unpaid day off work to attend. They did not turn up and when I rang them they said both were cancelled. No one thought to inform me at all. Totally unprofessional.

GoogleSo many hidden charges...they've even charged £30 to do the inspection for moving out. Don't sort out any repairs yet expect you to have pay to have carpets professionally cleaned. Didn't sort our drug users in flats below. DO NOT USE.
