GoogleNot very good they have loads of charges so watch out, like £42 for a moving out inspection and £24 for a reference and they seem to make sure that they stop some of your deposit.all in all they are the worst agents for lettings I have ever dealt with in 17 years of renting and some of the staff have a very rude attitude towards you it’s as if they look down on you because you rent

Richard Savidge are very transparent with there fees which are displayed on RightMove, Zoopla in the tenancy agreement and in A Tenants Guide to renting which every new tenant is given and are asked to sign to make sure they understand our fees. This is then kept on the tenants file so no missunderstanding happens. Tenants are well aware of the fees from the start even before they sign the tenancy agreement. The staff are always polite and helpful to any tenant or member of the public that come through the door. Please call the office and provide us with the member of staff you have felt was rude. Thank You.
