I would be a bit concerned if selling a house through this company as I can't even get them to answer the phone when I enquire about properties they have just brought onto the market, and leaving messages or email requests gets no answer either. Then a few days later I see that the house is sold. It leads me to suspect they might have their favoured buyers for the type of house I am looking at and may not be getting the best deal for their sellers.

Booked a viewing for a small shop! Received a phone call 30minz before viewing that someone else has made a viewing earlier that morning and they have accepted an offer they made! Booked a day off work to view the property! The reply I received when asked if I make an offer today after my viewing what would happen? Reply I received was first come first serve! Not even giving a chance knowing I was interested! They could have waited for me before accepting an offer and see what is the maximum they can get for the property!! LANDLORDS WILL HAVE TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN GETTING YOU THE MOST MONEY FROM YOUR PROPERTY!

What wonderful estate agents Richard Savidge are. We are renting out our house on Broadmeadows and use them as our lettings agents. They are fantastic, the staff are very friendly and told us exactly what to do. They helped us to find a tenant within 24 hours and our tenants were in the house within 7 days.
