GoogleI start the collaboration with Homelet in 2020 when everything was chaotic, Mr Guy and him team had the patience and explain everything and offered all the information that I need as soon as possible, because all the views were available only online was hard to realise the condition of property by example how clean or the walls condition, but when open the door of the house I was very pleased to see everything was as I been told. GoogleThey go into your property without permission change the locks and advertise the property for rent when you are away with all your stuff still in it and refuse to communicate or send a copy of the contact and know that you are not in the country or local area and still only give you a few days to move your stuff which is a near impossible task and this is how they treat ex military personnel.

GoogleI was looking for house in Alfreton in November- December 2019. I went for help from Homeletsuk Alfreton. The lady in there call Lorna discussed everything with me and showed me many properties around Alfreton. But they delayed the process and the reason for that was they were asking for self credit check report because they couldn’t get done. Am an international student who lived in UK for only 2 years and how can I be able to provide my credit check?
And also didn’t accept my guarantor who’s already had ILR in this country they’re not aware what’s ILR in first place. Totally nonsense I was homeless because of this Homeletsuk for 3 months. And also they haven’t refunded my application charges yet.
Please note. There are other professional home letting agencies in Alfreton who are free and good.

If a situation should arise it would take one phone call and they will do their upmost to help, whatever the problem.
