As a managing agent they are competent but we are leaving them after 10 years. Unsurprisingly they want 2 months notice. However, they also want to charge a full months rent which they are demanding up front. Not commission for one month but current rent in its entirety. I have rung around other managing agents. No-one charges this much. New landlords would be stunned to be charged this I'm sure.

I have been with homelet for just over eight years. I'm now renting my third property due to two landlords having circumstance changes. During these processes I could always rely on Homelet to find me another property within days. Not only are the staff incredibly helpful, generally caring but so polite. All the three houses o have renting have been top standard, very clean and understood what kind of property i need for my family I had no need or worry in all these years with the finding somewhere else to live for my children because homelet took care of us. They don't bother you like some agency's unless you need anything, it makes it feel like the rented property is more of a home.
