GoogleAbsolutely terrible customer service. I wanted to view a flat in the hub sth normanton so contacted by telephone. Details taken and was advised that somebody would call me back. Approx 2 weeks later was still waiting so I contacted again. Was advised somebody would call me back so I told them I was advised that last time. Received my call back and date and time agreed for viewing. 2 days before viewing received a call that they couldn't do viewing as nobody in the area could I do another day. I was not happy so said it was you that agreed with me this time and date reply was they could do it on Friday. I told them couldn't do that day as my husband was at work that day. The lady replied 'Well can't I go on my own he doesn't have to be there' I was not happy at all with this reply so she said I would receive a call back that day. My husband came home and I told them what was said so he said cancel it as if we had to deal with them over something to do with the property what customer service would we receive. Rang and cancelled and said why but employee never tried to sort it out just said she would let the person know. This would have been the time to try to put this right but obviously not bothered.
