TrustpilotWe have been looking at properties to…
We have been looking at properties to rent and/or buy for most of 2020. Lloyd and Sebastian at Prospect were phenomenal! They continuously stayed in touch and sent through properties which were in line with our requirements. Now we are in our property, our property manager Melissa, is a God send!! Easy to get hold of, always in communication and understanding to any issues we have had. Feel extremely lucky to have her as our property manager.

TrustpilotIdeas beyond their station
In recent months I expressed interest in 2 properties to let. Their people are prejudiced against me, refusing to deal with me and saying the properties are not available. I earn more than these little people, so what gives?

Prospect (Reading) have managed my property for a few years. In all that time there's been very few problems. If I ever do need to speak to them I'm glad it's with Sasha. She's friendly, professional and makes you feel like you can rest easy because whatever it is she'll sort it out for you. That means a lot when you've got all sorts of other things to sort out. Thanks, Sasha!

GoogleMet Zoe for a viewing this morning, great experience. Answered all questions and emailed straight after with extra details I asked for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very impressed especially after an abysmal experience with bridges being 20 minutes late.

Thanks for your kind words, I'll make sure Zoe knows she's had positive feedback!

TrustpilotVery poor client services
Very poor client services, Most of the time staff is out of office with no proper backup to respond to client. My property management was taken over by Prospect from Wilkinson and we were with them with excellent service for almost 10 years. With Prospect, its very frustrating as no body takes any responsibility or attention to clients queries.
