Having used the sales team to purchase my investment properties I thought I would enquire about using Prospect as the Management company. I received a very professional and extremely helpful call from Elliott who detailed different packages they could offer. I am glad to say I have signed with them and Elliott has helped me every step of the way. He has been quick to respond and offer advice. Would definitely recommend-no other agent I spoke with came close.

As a first time landlord, I can’t fault the service of the entire Bracknell team, from the initial contact with Harry Pangborn from marketing who found me some tenants extremely quickly, to Angela Jennings who liaised with all the tradespeople needed to get the property up to spec before they moved in, to the excellent ongoing service provided by Dani Smith who deals with any issues that crop up in a calm and professional manner. Top marks!

I have not personally met Tristan Lee of Bracknell office because I am stuck overseas due to COVID-19, but it feels like I have. He has been more than excellent, always going well beyond his call of duty. Giving me updates by emails and phone calls about rental situation of my property all the time. He worked really hard to find a new tenant in this difficulty time, when we were worried about losing our property due to unpaid mortgage bills. I cannot rate this gentleman highly enough!

Ellen and the prospects team could not have been more helpful. She makes buying a property seamless and has everything under control. She was very supportive, sending pictures, updates, videos, chasing sellers and my own solicitor, when needed. I was purchasing a buy to let, whilst living abroad. I have been through this process a few times now and I can confirm that Ellen makes the difference and my purchases through Prospects have definitely been the most straightforward.

5* for the property manager, Julie Jacobs. She has been helpful, patient and does go above and beyond.The rest of the people I dealt with at Prospect are average at best. some of them were painfully slow and difficult to get any responses from. almost always had to repeatedly chase them. funnily enough, the people who take your money are fairly attentive.I probably wouldn't recommend them, but wouldn't actively dissuade people from using them.

Purchased a property through Prospect dealing with Adam and Josh. Both very honest, open and easy to get hold of.They squeezed more out of me than I wanted to pay for my property, which is good news for their vender and they stepped up and helped progress and coordinate my sale where my estate agent should have been taking action. Going that extra mile helped save the chain from collapsing.Would use if/when I come to sell.

I am particularly impressed with Agnese and the way she is managing my property, very efficient, always cheerful and very helpful. Mr. Kurt (agent from Prospect) has provided us very quick and 1-to-1 exclusive service and helped us find a nice apartment very quickly. He was there to clarify our queries and confusions and always ready to help by directing us to the right people when he is not around or busy in meetings which were really helpful. Overall I am satisfied with the experience that I had with Mr. Kurt and Prospect as a company until now.

Our current managing agent is Beckie Baxter who took over right as the coronavirus pandemic took off. She inherited a whole load of issues that our landlord has been dilly dallying over and she has been so understanding in getting these resolved as quickly as possible as I have been heavily pregnant and then had a newborn so she really sympathised and understood my frustrations. The difficulty with being a managing agent is you can only act on your clients (the landlords) instructions but Beckie manages to make me feel as if she has our best interests at heart whilst maintaining her professionalism and duty to both the landlord and us as tenants. Her communication is excellent and her positive and upbeat attitude is always lovely to deal with.
