From start to finish, Martin and Co were flawless and efficient with how they handled the let and the time frame in which it was executed. My friend recently became a council tenant owing to his disability and quite honestly most letting agents we approached just shut him down. Jacob showed him his property of interest without any hesitation. He contacted him afterwards, as he said he would, and when the offer was accepted by the landlord- he kept him updated at all times throughout. There was a bit of a kerfuffle with misinformation from the council which involved Richard dealing with part of the let and he too just effortlessly got this over the line. At times we also spoke with Muhammad at the office and everyone throughout the process was polite and helpful. They truly provided a caring and efficient service. Thank you so much for your understanding as your open mind saved my friend becoming homeless. 🙏🏻

We had booking with these guys and went to view a property on 12th Feb in Aldershot where the agent jamie who was showing us property told us we can park on the estate where property was. We did as he said, viewed property and now we got a parking ticket. On contacting martin and co about the ticket we been told that its our responsibility that we have to pay the fine because there was sign all over development and we are responsible where we park the car. I was forced to pay the fine. I would like to inform all buyers and sellers please do not go forward with this company. That was a very bad business. Tricking people. The whole company should be ashamed.

They were so efficient - all phone calls promptly answered, information shared with the team so anyone could tell us the latest news about our house sale, and information passed on to us at the earliest opportunity. First Class Service

Having experienced some high pressured sales techniques from other agents, I was extremely reassured with the service I have had from James, Toby & Shannon at Martin & Co. Shannon in particular has been such a lovely person to deal with, including making friends with my dog, so that viewings could still take place when I was unable to take time off work. The Best Experience Possible

I contacted Shannon Gill to view a couple of properties I saw for sale through Martin & Co. The purchase of the property we were supposed to be buying fell through the day of exchange. Myself and my husband were in a panic that we would be homeless as ours had already sold. Shannon was amazing. She calmed us down, and found us our dream home. She has gone above and beyond what I expected. She was extremely quick in putting our offer in, and got us the best deal as quickly as possible. She has restored my faith in estate agents after having serious problems with another local agent. She is an asset to the company she works for, and I can’t thank her enough!!!

James and Toby dealt with our sale. We found both to be very knowledgeable, pragmatic and attentive. I'm sure they would agree I'm fairly high maintenance as a customer and I expect a lot, these guys delivered. We were very impressed with the amount of legwork that was done on the approach to exchange - I think this is where a good agent really comes to the fore. Martin and co review Martin and Co Aldershot have been supporting me with my properties for over 4 years and I can say without hesitation I would not go anywhere else for my letting & selling needs. Where my property sat vacant with other agents for 4 months, Martin and Co let within 3 weeks of instructing. Not only did they fully manage my property while I was flying around the world, but when I came to sell and move on they did that too and with amazing professional advertising, communication and email notifications it wasn't long before they secured a buyer. The service didn't stop there. Knowing Martin and Co as I do, I looked no further for the next property I wanted to rent and went back to Aldershot to ask if they had relationships with another Martin in Co in another town. They didn't, but I can say they do now. Within an hour of my conversation with James the director of the next Martin and Co was on the phone arranging my next property to be up on the market as soon as possible. There are too many of James and Richard's team to thank in this review but I can say I have got to know them all very well over the past 4 years and I cannot thank them enough for the service they have given. I have already and will always in the future have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Co Aldershot for anyone's letting and selling needs.

Friendly and Totally Professional Service

We have had a relationship with Martin & Co Aldershot for sometime as they have been the managing agent for a property that we were letting in the area. When the time came for us to sell the property, we had no hesitation in asking their sales department for help. We were contacted by Shannon and Mohammed who discussed with us our requirements, explained the process and quickly got to grips with showcasing our property on-line. We were concerned that the property market was slowing, due to the current economic climate but we need not have worried as they enthusiastically took on the task of finding us a suitable buyer. Either Shannon or Mohammed were always on hand to conduct viewings on our behalf, kept us informed of times and dates in advance and provided useful and honest feedback following each viewing. Due to their professionalism, recommendations and hard work, it wasn’t long before we were receiving offers. We were grateful for the advice given and we have now exchanged contracts on the sale. The whole experience seems to have been seamless and in most part stress free. This can only be attributed to the service provided. We would certainly recommend Martin & Co Aldershot and would like to add that Shannon and Mohammed are definitely a credit to them.
