GoogleRented a studio for 6 months, we've been told it was cleaned and checked but after we moved in we reported very dirty carpets, grease under the kitchen cupboard, dirty oven, mould in the kitchen around the sink and in the bathroom around the bath tub, walls and sink, black mould underneath the sink, overgrown bushes and grass in front of the house, cigarette butts everywhere around the front door, a pair of dirty underwear and a diaper thrown in the bush right in front of the door, an old dirty suitcase and furniture left on the side of the house which wasn't collected for around a month, a brown bin full of rubbish so heavy we couldn't move it which wasn't collected for the entire 6 months that we stayed there, and the water drainage from the roof blocked for so long that grass was growing out of it making the wall inside the house mouldy At the end of the tenancy we asked the agency if we could leave the bedframe (brand new), a tv stand (brand new) a mop with a bucket (brand new and still sealed) and they told us that the people who will move in will be ok having them After we've moved out they've charged us 570 out of our 750 deposit saying that it was used for cleaning, gardening, removing rubbish; All that was reported by us when we've moved in They're a bunch of scammers, Be Careful with this lot, they've used our deposit money to refurbish a place we've complained about for the entire stay blaming repairs and cleaning that wasn't done for years on us They're taking advantage of good kind respectful people and I would highly stay away from people like this

GoogleFrom the moment I'd made an enquiry and spoke to Miranda I could tell there was something different about this agency. Miranda came across knowledge, friendly and full of enthusiasm. I also liaised with Rachel and what I found enlightening was her proactivity. From my experience, it's quite uncommon agents to provide updates on enquiries on potential viewings on a regular basis especially when they don't materialise. Rachel mirrored Miranda's enthusiasm whilst ensuring I was kept updated on the progress of viewings. Outstanding service! Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleAfter a shakey start, Miranda and Gareth very quickly found tenants for our Rental property. They have been excellent, the service and communication has been superb. Always keep us informed of progress, going out of their way to make things happen. Even to the point of sending emails when She wasn’t working ( thanks Miranda). GoogleI have just sold my flat through Your Move and I cannot praise the sales team enough. Miranda, Joanne and Rachel were very professional: polite, friendly and extremely efficient at all times. I was constantly updated throughout the process and all were always available when I needed them. Completion occured under 3 months thanks to Joanne who kept chasing all parties involved.
