GoogleHad a move in cancelled with circa 12 hours notice, without any notion of refund, compensation or even an apology. This foul excuse of a company attempt to make you feel like a criminal for so much as reading the contract and demanding that it’s adhered to. Awful, Awful experience. Edit: within an hour of leaving this review, I was called by the company and asked to take it down as it was “damaging” to them.

GoogleYour Move Estate Agents in Northampton have been assisting me in Letting my four properties in Northampton for the past 20 years without any break. I found them to be very professional, proactive, honest and very prompt in providing references, preparing Tenancy Agreements and registering/protecting Deposits. In general they work as an efficient team with good communication skills. One particular staff member, Ms Karen Coleman - Lettings Co-Ordinator is exceptionally good. She has been a great support to us and also to all my Tenants. She has provided an excellent professional help in renewing Tenancy Agreements, documentation and advising most efficiently those tenants from overseas who have rented a flat for the first time in England. Karen's help/support is always appreciated by all my tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Estate Agents to other Landlords and Tenants

GoogleOffer for full asking price within 2 weeks on the market. Johnny Bailey was friendly, approachable and gave honest answers to my question and concerns. He also keeps you up to date on everything so you won’t need to chase like in other companies! I highly recommend booking in to see Johnny in the Duston branch if you are thinking of selling.

Siobhan in particular has been very helpful and indeed flexible in liaising with the tenants and indeed contractors organising repairs and arranging payments for them and routine maintenance to be taken in manageable installments.
