GoogleExcellent service and transparent information. Staff are polite, helpful and very reasonable. I have sold a house and rented one out with YM and they have been pleasant to work with in each event. From the POV of a customer, they are very good to work with and I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe put our house on the market with Your Move in April 2023. Miranda the Manager from the Wellingborough Road office in Northampton came to visit us. The following week they held a full day of viewings, 15 in total I believe. Had four offers. We decided to accept an offer from a young couple from our of the area. Things were progressing nicely until we were due to exchange. But the day before, for no known reason they decided to pull out. We were devastated. We didn't want to lose the house we were buying as we are moving away. Miranda visited us and assured us she get new buyers. The next day she got viewing lined up and another couple viewed and fell in love with our house. We had to reduce the price slightly but we didn't want to lose our new house. Four weeks later and we have now exchanged contract and are due to move next Friday. Rachel the Sales Progress Manager has been amazing and in constant touch with us. All the team at Your Move has been amazing. We can't thank them enough. Alan and Karen Facer.

GoogleMy Daughter has had a very stressful morning with Your Move in Portsmouth. We decided to go to the Duston Northampton office to see if they could help. Sean Nolan was so helpful, supportive , patient and kind. He has now resolved our problem, when we only had a few hours left to sort of from the Postsmouth office. Thanks again Sean

GoogleWe have recently moved house with your move & what a journey it was. I would thoroughly recommend Your Move following our experience, although it wasn’t an easy move due to lots of factors outside of all of our controls, the one consistency was always your move and we would of never considered using anyone else along the way. Special mention for Johnny Bailey who did all our viewings and liaisons, we couldn’t have wished for a better working relationship with him throughout the whole process, friendly, approachable, trustworthy, always returned calls / emails promptly and it always felt like he wanted the best for us! Another mention for Jess Roberts - absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her! Again always responded to us very efficiently, very professionally and again it always felt like she cared and wanted the best for us, definitely a sales chaser you want in your corner! Other mentions to Jonathan Wilson & Sam Throw who were fantastic the whole way through too! Although we are now in our forever home thanks to your move, we would definitely choose them again if we needed too! Thanks guys 😊
