GoogleAbsolutely terrible, gives students a mouldy property and then continues to lecture them about how it’s their fault for choosing that room in the first place. Apparently getting safe accomodation that isn’t a risk to your health is too much to ask from these people. Utterly abysmal, would avoid at all costs
We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your accommodation when it came to moving in, having stored items at the property for several weeks over the summer. As you are aware we have since investigated the issues reported and have concluded that there was no evidence of damp within your room, in fact the issue was a result of lack of ventilation. This conclusion was also shared by West Northamptonshire Council whom confirmed this with you in person when the visited the property. West Northamptonshire Council reminded you that the extractor fan must be switched on when the en-suite is in use and that the room must be ventilated on a regular basis. They also advised that tenants are responsible for any items stored at the property over the summer as the tenancy had already commenced. The Landlord fitted a high performance extractor fan prior to your occupation and has since installed trickle vents to the windows to make it easier for you to keep your room ventilated. Despite having an extractor fan and trickle vents, we also recommend opening your windows periodically as failure to do this can create excess moisture in the air which can potentially form mould

GoogleThe best place to find and have a dream home. The staffs are very polite and welcoming. I must have to be grateful to Mr. Johnny Bailey, senior negotiator at Your-move, Duston. He helped me in all ways to find the best place and was following up everything and within a week of time, my letting was confirmed by the landlord. Thank you for your service and I recommend your-move to everyone who love to find a home with no stress.

GoogleWe were using another agent and wished we had gone with our heart and chose Your Move. In the end we used then as our 2nd agent and so glad we did. Plenty of viewings and a sale. GoogleAs first time buyers me and my husband have found an absolute treasure Darryl Borthwick-Robertson from Your move Kettering's branch and David Meredith (financial advisor) . Darryl has been so professional yet so friendly and reassuring in many ways. He clearly listened to our needs and showed us properties that were within our budget and with all the criteria we asked for. Even when we had to pause for months on our search for a house he was patient and kept us updated. Once we were ready to start again he still knew exactly what we were looking for and kept surprising us with even better properties. We are still in the process but we wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team especially Darryl for helping us find a new home. We can't recommend this team enough.

GoogleI chose Your Move because I liked Miranda. In contrast to some other estate agents I felt she was genuine, honest and interested in what was right for me in the sale of my house. I was really keen that my house went to people that were going to love it as much as me and am really pleased that it went to a lovely young couple. I had a lot of dealings with Rachel throughout the process and she was friendly, helpful and kept me informed the whole time. If I had any queries she was on to it straight away and she was great at sharing information between me and my buyers. Everyone I encountered in the office had a positive upbeat attitude and I felt as though nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend Abington Your Move.
