GoogleYour move Kettering set the standard for which all estate agencies should compare themselves against. The office really do work as a team so I can’t just say that one person was exemplary as I dealt with most of the people in the office at one stage or another which improves communication as you get a response same day. The whole process was managed from start to finish and they’re just a lovely bunch of people, who most importantly manage the process and don’t just agree a purchase price and then wash their hands of the situation which had unfortunately been my experience trying to buy a couple of properties prior to this one. The whole process start to finish has taken 10 weeks, that’s from viewing the property to completion, with a tenanted property that was being sold vacant possession. Now that is impressive! Just a quick shout out to Charlie my mortgage broker, Darryl, Ben and Joe who are some of the main ones that I dealt with but again I think I spoke to most of the staff in the office at some stage and all were great! Would highly recommend!

As this was my first time moving into my own property (I previously lived in shared accommodation), I was quite nervous about the whole process, but they made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Karen Coleman, she was absolutely wonderful throughout. She was gentle, polite, and took the time to explain every single detail clearly and promptly. His support really made a big difference and gave me confidence at every step. I also really appreciated how the team guided me on everything I needed to set up, including water, electricity, gas, and council tax. That kind of support was invaluable for someone in my situation. Overall, the entire process was fantastic from start to finish. GoogleAbsolutely thrilled with the property that myself and my partner saw today! Joe showed us round the property and was very friendly and did a great job answering the many many questions that I had. Although he was late due to reasons out of his control his professional and kind manner made up for it. Big shout out to Ben Taylor who was the one that gave us the wonderful news of our offer being accepted within a few hours of viewing the property. Safe to say we are very happy xx
