GoogleWe have worked with Yourmove Kettering in all different guises: As a contractor carrying out electrical works for their landlords, (I will say the rates could be better for contractors but I suppose they also keep them reasonable for landlords and tenants…. 😅) I have also rented out two of my own houses through this branch with YM acting as the agent. I’ve bought two houses through them, and also sold two houses through them. Each time they have gone above and beyond to help me and get the deals over the line. Whilst slightly more expensive than others in the town, the quality and professionalism is unmatched. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to sell a friend/family members house or manage their properties. They’re all over the landlord regulations and pretty much take care of everything automatically, each time proposing solutions rather than problems. I can’t recommend them enough.
