GoogleWe have had a very positive experience finding a new home to rent via your-move, all the staff have been very responsive and helpful and we are now renting a lovely 2 bed property. Our property manager Iulia Todosan has been very helpful with fixing a couple of issues that have arisen, and we are confident that any issues that may arise will be dealt with in a quick and positive maner because of her friendliness and enthusiasm to make sure we are happy in our home

GoogleWorst experience I’ve ever had!! was supposed to be moving this morning stuff packed van ready but failed to give me a keys because they had no contract ready council was paying the deposit they was just waiting for a signed contract to pay they didn’t do it in time now everything paid ready to go had furniture being delivered Sunday refused all round to do something refused to sort me a van refused to even let me put the delivery in the property that was due Sunday demanded my holding deposit back the smirky cow behind reception don’t trust her at all!!
We have investigated your review and do not feel that your comments are fair. Your reference checks were only completed on Friday afternoon. We were more than happy to issue you with the tenancy agreement and move in documentation on Friday afternoon and release the keys to you on receipt of the move in monies, but the funds never hit our account. We would never release keys to a property without receipt of the first month's rent and deposit. You then advised us that you no longer wish to proceed with the property, which, based on your behaviour towards our staff, is beneficial for all parties involved.

The efficiency and professionalism of the staff resulted in me receiving 3 offers and a minimal vacancy period. My sincere thanks to Codie, Ramona and Siobhan for all their help in securing the new tenancy and once again handing me back to Karen who has just issued me with a new contract. Great team work!
