GoogleAlthough in the end we did not buy a property through Your Move Nolan Throw Duston we have had an excellent service from them. They always return calls and are most helpful, in particular Charlie Cockerill and Johnny Bailey. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI have received great service recently from the agency and my contact Iulia Todosan with getting permission to adopt a pet to support with my mental wellbeing. As a tenant living on my own Iulia has been very empatethic and happy to support me with the process when I called to ask her if this was a possible adjustment to our agreement. On the same day she has communicated with all relevant parties and within a few hours called me back with positive news to say she has gotten the approval and we sorted all the necessary paperwork later that day. Truly this has brought a smile on my face and I am very grateful and excited to have a new life companion living with me soon. Thank you Iulia!

GoogleDarryl was professional but friendly. We were given time to wander round every room, every question we asked was answered. Excellent viewing - we made an offer there and then. Darryl called the next day to say offer accepted and gave us all the information that was needed to get the ball rolling. Once again thank you Darryl for agreeing to the viewing on a Sunday due to our work/business commitments and sorry if you missed your Sunday lunch!

GoogleWhen the boiler was condemned by a gas engineer in my house, i was left without any heating or gas cooking until a new boiler could be fitted. The above engineer didn't want to do it ( too difficult for him perhaps? ) I gave Ellie Robinson at Your Move a call to explain my predicament, just as a cold spell was about to grip the country. Sure enough, faster than a speeding bullet she got back to me with three quotes, all of which i felt was very reasonable. I accepted one of them and left her to instigate it and within three days the new boiler was fitted up and running! Can't thank Ellie enough for her help.
