I recently viewed a property with Sophie and I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were punctual, well-prepared, and provided detailed information about the property, as well as insights into the local area. Sophie was friendly and approachable, I appreciated her honest and transparent approach. Although I have only had one viewing with them so far, my experience was very positive.

We were really impressed with Charlie and the team and Your Move Duston. We contacted them to arrange a viewing and even though we arrived late (our fault!) they were very polite and made sure we still had time to view the property. The team are brilliant when we made an offer for the house, putting us in touch with solicitors etc and so now all we have to do to wait until we can move in. Thank you! Stephen and Kim

Had a great experience viewing and renting a property, thanks to Sophie. She really went the extra mile to help me out, even arranged for me to drop off my documents at a Leeds branch instead of travelling to Northampton, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. She kept in touch throughout, gave regular updates, and was always super friendly and happy to help, making whole process way less stressful. Thank you for your help!

Overall a very professional team. Muhtasin has been very efficient in dealing with the checkout of our tenants. We are so impressed with this company that we are switching to fully managed. Steph and Ben have been very helpful with this.

Muhtasin is a real credit to Your Move! He is an excellent communicator and is incredibly efficient. No ask has ever been too big or small for Muhtasin, who has always been happy to help and willing to go that extra mile to make things as easy as possible for all involved. Specific recommendation for the very helpful Muhtasin and his dedicated support, advice, knowledge and general approach to supporting us with renting our property. We had a challenging experience, which was made lighter with his assistance. I really rate YourMove Kingsthorpe. Most of all 'Muhtasin' my property manager. He has such a high volume of properties and people to look after, yet he doesn't treat you like a number. Hes really personable and thoughtful with his approach to things. I think he puts himself in your shoes and manages situations very carefully. He's been looking after my property for almost 2 years and I feel in such good hands which is a difficult thing to find. I've had a few issues with tenants, quite difficult moments and Muhtasin has handled everything really fairly, for me and for the tenants. Hes a considerate individual and puts in so much effort to take care of his customers. Couldn't ask for a better property manager and intend to stay with YourMove, because of him! Thanks Muhtasin, I really appreciate your efforts. Would like to say the sales team are very good, they work together to find the best tenants and best value for you're property. They turn things around really quickly when you are 'between tenants' to try & help you avoid a gap between rental income. Special shout outs to Stephanie, Ben and also Karen on the admin/finance side. Great team!
