GoogleEveryone in the branch were a pleasure to deal with. We had some last minute trouble with a landlord but Miranda worked to sort us another apartment by noon the following day with no issues. She did everything she could to help us and I would recommend her to anyone searching for accommodation. Gareth was also very helpful with the paper work/logistics and everyone else behind the scenes too. Everything was made easy for us and I couldn't fault the service at all. Strongly recommend.

GoogleHighly recommend this agency! They take their time to make sure the property will suit your needs and finance. The team is great and will help you anytime with everything. Communication definitely on a high level. They have never let me down and meet all my expectations. Compare with other agencies ( and I have rented many properties in my past) I can strongly now say that this is one of the best letting agencies I have ever dealt with.

GoogleYour Move generally offered good service to tenants, although I felt like more consideration could be given to tenants during a national lockdown and these uncertain times from the estate agents themselves. However, the Property Management side of Your Move and specifically Tom Kruger have been extremely helpful and provided prompt service for maintenance issues and for providing guidance through the check out process. Tom Kruger has done an exceptional job with getting issues resolved professionally and whilst fully considering the needs of the tenants and the landlord. Well done Tom!

GoogleWe purchased a rental property through Right Move Northampton and I have to be honest and say that the service was well above and beyond what I expected. Joanne and Miranda were always at hand to respond promptly with our queries and that made all the difference especially as the seller was abroad. In fact, anyone we spoke to at the office were very positive, supportive and were able to help where they could. We've now got a tennant in the property which is being managed by the lettings team at Your move. I would highly recommend using Your Move Northampton for any purchasing/selling of properties Thanks again

Special thanks to Tom Kruger who has been fantastic (especially answering my mass load of questions when we first moved in!) GoogleI have been dealing with Your Move since moving into my property in July. I had a few problems with the property when I moved in and had been liaising with Tom Kruger and he was absolutely fantastic! He was so quick to help get things solved and kept in touch to make sure everything had been resolved and that I was happy and all settled in. BY FAR the best agents I've have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them!!
