GoogleCurrently renting a property from them I get an absolutely terrible service, it takes them months to complete any work on major issues, like securing the property or stopping a leak on the toilet. They really do not care for their tenants. Update 25/04 - they have been in contact and are now fixing the issues promptly Update 16/08 - biggest crooks I have ever had the misfourtune to deal with. I'm always having to chase them and they never call you back. They have been holding on to my deposit now for 2 months, I have requested evidence for their extortionate charges and to date not received any invoices or real evidence. Worst company to rent from be warned they will do anything to steal your money.

GoogleFloyd Cruickshank was amazing at sorting the initial application and with answering all my questions and getting back to me, was easy to talk to and very customer friendly. Always polite on the phone, happy to help and manages to get someone to come to the house within days (if not the same day) to resolve the issues. Great service and great communication afterwards!

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Your Move, especially with Johnny! He showed us the property and was very informative and professional. We received a call back from him within an hour taking extra information for the application. By the end of the day he called us back with amazing news and went through the application process with us.
