After being stuck in a rut for months trying to sell our house, and with a sale that had fallen through, we switched agents to Your Move Lanark. From the first point of contact until completion, they were a breath of fresh air and were with us every step of the way. The marketing photos and video were top notch, and we quickly achieved an offer way above our expectations. Communication was excellent all the way through and they stayed on board right through until the keys were handed over. Not only did we sell our home with them, but they also found us our perfect bungalow and smoothed the way forward for a quick completion. Stephen and Mel are both extremely knowledgeable and have a passion for selling property and this shines through in everything they do. Not all estate agents are the same, so choose wisely.

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

Avoid if you are a landlord and wish to use their rental service, non existent, ignore communication, contacted 3 times without response over a 28 day period, when it comes to cancellation due to breach of contract they're impossible to get hold of. Quick enough to take your money but terrible customer service for landlord and tenant!
