GoogleI have used Wrights for the last 10 years to manage my properties. I have found them to professional and easy to deal with. They take a leadership role in the management of the property. Issues and agreed actions are dealt with promptly. Tenants and landlords are kept well informed. Rent collection and statements have been flawless. They also deal with all the regulatory requirements. Properties are visited and reported on regularly and any issues are addressed. A special mention for Karen, Phil, Lucinda and Sal, they go out of they way to help. Thanks Guys.PositiveProfessionalism

Always ensuring I am up to date with all regulations (special mention to Karen for this), that inspections are conducted regularly and the rent is collected and paid on time. GoogleI was impressed from the start, not only were they respectful courteous answering all my questions but they knew all about the house and the works done to it and the area like they lived there etc. Their insight was definitely of value when it came to selling the property. We needed clearance at the last minute having been let down, they couldn't do enough to help, great prices for this and fees too and instant, Defo recommended he went above and beyond. They were not shy of working and show casing the house, they made me feel like I was family and what i thought and needed was important. They booked viewing after viewing from the off and waiting on probate was no issue. We had a buyer at a price I was completely happy with after just 2 weeks and interest from more. I have no doubt that it was the friendly attentive staff approach ,had i gone with other estate agents in the area i dont think did some of them would offer the same approach, in fact other companies put me off , some seemed over busy too rushed, not available and like it was just about money and you were not important to them. I highly recommend the team who were professional at every stage and worked with all people involved in the selling of my mums property after she died which as you can imagine as a family home from childhood was hard to do. Thank you you are a deserving team.
