GoogleI initially had a positive impression of this property and left a nice review after viewing it. However, my experience quickly turned sour. Despite meeting the requirements, I was later informed that the landlord chose someone else. Days later, I noticed the property was back on the market at a reduced price. It’s disappointing to feel that my family, particularly because my girlfriend, who is pregnant, receives benefits while I work full-time, may have been discriminated against. Discrimination in housing is unacceptable, unethical, and, in many cases, illegal. Shameful behavior that potential tenants should be aware of!

Thank you for your review Cos. With the property in question, we had a total of five offers which were all put forward to the Landlord. For no particular reason, another applicant was selected who later pulled out. Due to data protection, we have to safely dispose of all unsuccessful applicants. The property was then re-marketed which was when you phoned the office. You spoke to Phil who asked you to re-send your offer sheet after confirming the property is back on the market however the call ended. He phoned you back and again asked you to re-send your offer sheet which we would put forward to the owner however the call was ended for a second time and you didn’t get back in touch. If you wish to proceed with the property, please email us your offer sheet.

GoogleI have used Wrights twice, once to buy my property and then again 7 years later to sell it. Both instances went extremely smoothly. They were friendly, attentive and overall brilliant to work with. Everything was completely transparent and there were no surprises. There was no request that was too much trouble for them, they provided fantastic support throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWrights sold our family home for us. We are expats living in New Zealand so not only are we in a different country we are in a totally different time zone. We cannot recommend Salvatore and his team highly enough. Their communication was top-notch and nothing was too much trouble. The provided good support and great advice for navigating through what is quite honestly A complicated and daunting process. From the point of the preparing the home for sale Through the viewings and finally managing the sale and completion we couldn’t have asked for more. GoogleDon’t waist your time We try to rent a property with my partner we provide all the documents they need And suddenly they email me ‘’ sorry flat gone’’ So unprofessional I try to speak with the manager and they hung up on me…. They keep changing the viewing day and said i will be the first to see and 2 days after is gone My advice don’t waist your time and dont trust Lillie most unprofessional person We had very bad experience

GoogleI never thought selling a property could take 8 months but Wrights were the quick and positive part. James on the sales team plus all those answering calls gave friendly and helpful responses. They always got back to me quickly, keeping me informed of which solicitor had decided to do nothing or go on holiday!

GoogleI recently moved to the UK from Canada and assumed it would be a long and frustrating process to find a place to live. But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. I would recommend Wright’s to anyone looking to rent a flat in the area.
