GoogleSalv and his great staff who look after your interests. They published the property the same day and had several bookings arranged to view a few days later resulting in a sale a few days later. The team then followed up to ensure that the administration happened smoothly and quickly. Highly recommended

GoogleWe completed on our new home today and can literally say it simply wouldn't have happened without the support and help from Sal and his team at Wrights. We've had a mare of a journey but Natalija, Emily, Tina and Sal have worked so hard to make it happen. Open and honest comms, regular updates, chasing our good for nothing estate agents Purple Bricks and a team to cry on when it felt like we just kept hitting a brick wall. All of them are Rokstars and certainly are the role models of estate agents. So a big, huge, thank you guys and hopefully see you in a few months when we can show you what we've done to the place...!

GoogleI've used Wrights of Welwyn for both lettings and sales and would give them a 5 star recommendation for their fast efficient and knowledgeable service. In my experience they stay on top of things to make sure your letting / purchase goes through on time without hitches.

GoogleExcellent experience of selling a house subject to probate. Realistic advice on price, sold very quickly to first buyer for a fair price. Local knowledge good and their ability to organise additional services such as house clearance etc made the task easy. Diplomacy in the relationship between seller and buyer helped sale go through smoothly. Thanks to Salv and the sales team. Special thanks to Natalia for responsive communication and prompt follow up. Would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleI have used Wrights in the past and did not hesitate to contact them again when I was selling my home. Salv, Emily and the team are amazing. All of the team members seem to enjoy what they do and work very well together. Communication is very important when selling a property, this is something they are all extremely good at. When it was Emily’s day off, Salv, Natalija and Tina were on hand to answer any questions I had, they were up to date with their information and always more than happy to help. I would highly recommend Wrights. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the effort you all put in. Selling a house can be quite stressful and you guys made it as stress free as possible.

GoogleAfter seeing a similar property being sold in the area we contacted different Estate Agent who were very negative about our flat and the economy and very condescending. We got onto Sal at Wrights and were instantly impressed from the moment we met. Really friendly and with a positive approach to the valuation process we achieved what we wanted for the flat in a challenging market. My only criticism is about having to chase on one occasion for updates but we only had to chase once and from that point on we were given updates regularly. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Wrights. Right from my first meeting with Salvatore and his colleagues, Natalija and Tina, I knew they were the agents for me. I followed their suggested selling price and I had an offer within 14 days of going to market. All three looked after my sale and kept me fully informed of progress with regards to solicitors and other agents on a regular basis. The sale was kept fully managed, so that issues were tackled immediately and proceeded smoothly. I can genuinely say that I couldn’t be happier with the service received. We were advised a realistic selling price and as a result had an offer within 2 weeks which we accepted. We then had a clean and quick sale using Wright's recommended solicitor. FacebookNatalie and the team at Wright’s are an absolute pleasure to deal with, very polite and so very helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Wright’s very kindly provided sponsorship for our Summer Fair, they attended on Friday with Bruce the Bear to give free balloons to the children. We were also gifted a very colourful banner, which the children were so sad to see come down yesterday. It’s great to see a local independent business try to work with the local community, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Wright’s.

GoogleWas told I had a viewing booked on a Friday. Caught a 2 hour train to view said house. Upon calling the estate agents I was told there was infact no viewing booked in their diary and was told to come tomorrow instead. Huge inconvenience as I travelled a long journey. Will not be contacting for service again.

GoogleWe had to rent out our house as we had to move quickly. Wrights made the process simple and painless, recommending local trades to do work that was needed. Occasional problems were sorted out immediateley at reasonable cost, and they reported back on regular inspection visits.. Really recommend them.
