GoogleLooks like unable to dial a number to potential clients. Call back after leaving voicemail - nope, call again "one of my colleagues will call you back shortly as she is dealing with your offer" - nope. Basically receiving any call from this agency must be considered as a miracle... If you would like to constantly keep calling them to see what is happening their service is the best! Well even then, unfortunately they don`t have answers...

GoogleSalv and Tina were an absolute lifeline during a very stressful move, both of them were amazing and reassured me every step of the way. Towards the end of the process, Salv was tireless in helping me sort everything out and chased people left right and centre constantly - he's definitely worth every penny of the fee!

GoogleI came from Canada to WGC to sell our property along with my brother who lives in WGC. We needed a realtor, spoke with a few, but Wrights said and asked all the things we needed to hear. They Valued, Marketed, Showed and Sold the property within 14days, I call that a result. Sal Tona, Emily Ward and the team at Wrights,WGC are Professional and Friendly. If you have property to sell, do the WRIGHT thing.

GoogleI’ve been renting a property through Wrights for around 6 months and I have to say that Phil and the Letting’s team have been fantastic! I’ve not had many issues with my property, but whenever something’s come up they’ve been friendly, considerate and proactive in getting things fixed. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWrights have sold two houses for us over the last couple of months our own & my mother in laws, I can't fault the service. Out house sold after 2 viewings and a week on the market. Mother in laws took a little longer but they arranged plenty of viewings and were contantly in touch

GoogleAll of the Lettings team at Wrights have been so helpful throughout the entire process. We initially had a flat fall through (through no fault of the agency) and they then enabled us to FaceTime to view the property as we weren’t based locally at the time. We mostly dealt with Phil and Amiee, and they were always able to help us out - even when I’d lost my flat key just before a World Cup game last year! Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them, our only issue is they don’t operate where we wanted to move to!

GoogleHaving been a client of Wrights for almost 10yrs , i have never had any reason to complain. Quite the opposite as any repairs or problems have always been solved fast and efficiently. Recently due to no fault of my own i was forced to leave my property under extreme circumstances. The rental team of Aimee, Karen, Charlotte, and Phil went far above and beyond what i expected. Visiting the house assessing the situation and within 7 days had found me a new home. So if your thinking of renting in W,G,C then i strongly recomend to pay them a visit

GoogleWe used Wrights to market our 2 bed flat after a disappointing valuation from another agency. Salvatore in particular was fantastic from start to finish, and gave us a realistic view of what our property was worth so that we could make informed decisions. Viewings were painless and we had a fab offer within a few weeks. Wrights helped us push solicitors and other agencies through what was a particularly tough process (through no fault of theirs!) and kept our buyers calm and informed throughout. Huge thank you to Wrights for helping us make a big step forward - wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.
