The worst agents. You've been warned!

The worst agents I have ever encountered in my 16 years of letting and buying history. Never fixed the problem I have reported during my tenancy and at the end of tenancy footing the bill on me even though me and my wife spend 3 days in cleaning and clearing the property. Truly deplorable. No work ethics.

Would highly recommend Michelle and the her colleagues. ***UPDATE*** attempted to charge £70.00 cleaning fees when property was vacated, I had personally cleaned this property. Fees reduced to £20.00 when a query was raised. NB - I am not a professional cleaner and may have missed something but £70.00 was and attempt to swindle money from my daughter, £20 was acceptable.
