GoogleProfessional, prompt, and dedicated from viewings to completion. The team have been responsive to all our queries and are amazing progress chasers. We had horrible slow seller solicitors who had put us in a situation where our completion would have been delayed but Melanie at Wright & Wright went above and beyond and stayed with us after office hours until the sale completed. I can't imagine how we would have kept our sanity without the team at Wright & Wright and their great service.

GoogleJust sold a house in Barlestone and from the start Wright & Wright were great, Gary is very knowledgeable and knows the local market well, he didn't waste any time organising house viewings etc. His communication about offers was excellent, prompt but also helpful and he didn't take long to find the right buyer for us. Thanks to Louise too for her help dealing with emails and paperwork etc. A very pleasant experience all round, highly recommended!

1 star review from a tenant who didnt pay the rent, got evicted via the courts for non payment of rent, if only we could review tenants, wouldn`t that be a wonderful thing. Unfortunately google wont remove this, but yet another example of a tenant with a grudge to bear.

GoogleDon’t use to sell your house pushed me to pay their choice of solicitor for sale when buyers never even had morgage approval cost me 600 then offered me a cash buyer at ridiculous price as their surveyer tore my property to pieces absolute piss taker
Dear Paul, we have absolutely no record of you have ever used ourselves to sell a property, furthermore we only recommend local solicitors and unlike a lot of agents we don’t take commission from them, not sure how your solicitor charged you £600 if your property was subsequently resold, but then you mention a surveyor tearing your house apart, surveyors are independent and governed by RICs guidelines. Happy to talk to you on 01455 250088, but sounds like your just being malicious or have the wrong agent.
