GoogleHave recently completed the sale of my house after renting it out through Wright and Wright for several years. Garry and his team are efficient and very reliable on both renting and sales. Don't be fooled, I tried another agent for a little while before seeking valuable advice from Garry and have never looked back. A massive thank you! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

GoogleI'm sure they are wonderful if you are looking to do business with them however if you have an issue with one of their tenants don't bother!!! Still got a neighbor from hell and Wright & Wright have done nothing about it even though I've pleaded with them. Basically the end response after around 6 months was - aslong as the rent is being paid and I can't 'prove' anything then there's nothing they can do. I have had to get the council involved instead and the local police. Avoid!!!!!!
I am sorry but we do not get involved in neighbour disputes, and unless there is evidence, there is not much, we, the council or the police can do.

GoogleCustomer service is absolutely rubbish. Phoned up about property 1.5 weeks ago. They told that will give me call back but never heard anything from them. And today looking at their website noticed that property is already gone. I definitely won't be dealing with them again. Not happy at all!
Sorry we have no record of this ever happening, and have been awarded Best Agent in Hinckley for 3 of the last 4 years.

GoogleTerrible experience with an agent who could not obtain the correct information regarding a completion date, informed both me and my solicitor that is was due to complete on a specific date. This was incorrect and I incurred a cost of £540.00 extra for storage until the completion happened a week later. I certainly would NOT recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth sale or one without additional anxiety.

Very poor service and advice which resulted in loss of security deposit. I will never use this estate agents again.
