Googlefrom the minute the property was listed, the speed at which the viewing, the offer and the general purchasing process of the property took place was superb. As they were the keyholders of the property, many visits to the property to inspect and view were required and none of them were too much trouble for hollie and david. Would highly reccomend Wright and Wright to anyone who is considering listing their property on the market.

GoogleI have used a number of estate agents across the midlands over the last three years to sell various properties ( both retail and residential). I was pleasantly surprised by all of the staff that I have talked to at Wright and Wright. There was a delay caused by the first Covid lock-down between the initial visit from David to discuss marketing my house and me being ready to market my house. I was expecting to have to go over everything that I wanted again but David had remembered all of the points that I had raised from our first meeting this included taking notice of my preference for not having the photo's stretched out of proportion as many agents do and also having a well produced video which shows the property to the the best potential instead of the so called videos that just pan in and out of photos. The communication I received after our sale was agreed was defiantly better that any other agent that I have used. On the occasions that I called the office but the person I needed to speak to was not available, my call was always returned within a short time. I received regular updates throughout the sale process from viewings feedback, leasing between solicitors and financial advisors all the way to completion. We had a very positive experience with Wright and Wright from the valuation with David and then ongoing contact with Hollie. Hollie also takes brilliant photos and walk through videos. GoogleIf I could post no stars for these agents for their level of service to us as tenants, I would do so! We have been in our property for 5 months with a long list of basic but crucial repairs not being done. We are not young people and this damp, cold, smelly and expensive shack is telling on our health and well being. I am in no doubt that our very local landlady is well aware of our predicament! On our experience we would not recommend these agents under any circumstances.
The property was a modern house with a cavity wall, the damp you experienced was from lifestyle, the property had been let several times prior and since with no issues. Open windows!
