GoogleWe have used Wright and Wright for several years to rent out our house. We have always had excellent service and they are very responsive to any queries. They handle change over of tenants in a very speedy and efficient way so we have virtually no time where it has not been rented. I would be happy to recommend their service.

GoogleWe have worked with Garry both when renting out our property and, most recently, selling it, and he has been absolutely brilliant throughout. What I appreciate most about Garry is his honesty and refreshingly straightforward advice. He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area. He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. He has always been approachable, reliable and easy to deal with, which makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process. After working with him for both renting and selling, Garry is definitely our go-to person for anything property related. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Being an out of area seller of a house that required work, David arranged quotes and supervised the work as well as listing and promoting the house very quickly. It could have been a difficult process but he and his staff made it a stress free as possible. We wont hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend him to others

GoogleWe have had a very positive experience of working with each of the staff at Wright and Wright. We have spoken to Tom, Mel and Dave on several occasions regarding our sale and move. They returned our calls and answered our questions efficiently. They were warm and friendly and were fully engaged with us as people not just clients. We had a positive experience with Wright and Wright a few years ago selling a house following a bereavement. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAs we are selling a rented property we arranged a valuation meeting more than 2 weeks in advance in order to allow our tenants time to make suitable arrangements, which we explained at the time. Approx a week later the agent requested a date change. At 5pm ON THE DAY BEFORE THE 10-00 am meeting the agent cancelled as they said they didn't have a car!! Say no more.

GoogleCame on a Saturday as the opening hours said they were open, travelled to arrive to find the shop closed. Very unprofessional on the phone very offish & unhelpful would avoid if possible.
We had to attend an external appointment, hence the office was closed, we refute your comments about unprofessionalism on the phone, having won the British Property Awards best customer service for 2024 & 2025, part of that process is mystery shopping over the phone.
