I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping me every step of the way. Communication was flawless, every question answered quickly, every update delivered without me having to chase. Their market knowledge was spot-on, the photography and listing were exceptional, and they brought in high-quality viewings right from the start. Ben from Woodlands was brilliant throughout the whole process, lining up multiple viewings in the first week to secure an early sale and continuing to communicate on a regular basis with all the relevant parties until exchange. His communication skills are excellent and he kept me regularly updated. Thoroughly recommend this Estate Agent.

Rented a property fir the first time through Woodlands with Chris being my main point of contact. Process was simple and and well explained. I had to shuffle my move in date with Chris and the team changing the paperwork without hassle.

Have nothing but good things to say about our experience with woodlands from the beginning of our tenancy. However I have to name one person in particular, Joe in property management is amazing. He is not just fantastic at his job but he does it in a personable way. He remembers details from months ago, and it's impossible not to smile by the end of a call with him because although an issue may be serious he will find a way to cheer you up. Within an hour of calling to report a heating issue I had a plumber at the door. He truly is a good egg. I'd highly recommend using woodlands as both a tenant and I am certain my landlord would agree.
