GoogleHave had various dealings with Katie in particular. Always very keen to help & easy to deal with. She has a great track record with dealing with any issues that may of been raised resolving them very efficiently with no fuss. Always polite & courteous. If only all Letting agencies had the same work ethic!

GoogleI’ve been with Woodlands letting for 3/4 years now. I’ve always found them to be helpful and supportive. Whenever there is an issue they remedy it quickly and their fees are quite reasonable. I have had experiences with other letting agents who charge a lot more for a much poorer service. I highly recommend them.

GoogleAmazing service from beginning to end. David Norris made it easy to sell and we ended up buying through them too. He found our dream home for us! Nothing was ever too much for him abd went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Woodlands Estate Agent Redhill.

GoogleSpecial thanks to David Norris and Steve who were both brilliant throughout the whole process. Moving home is one of the most stressful situations you can go through but David made it as smooth as possible and always kept us updated of any developments within the chain. GoogleAs a landlord over the years I have had my fair share of bad letting agents. And feel I have to leave some positive feedback for woodlands in Redhill. The letting team worked quickly to secure a suitable tenant for me ensuring all the necessary checks where completed. I specifically have to mention the ladies in the property management department Sam & Katie handle the day to day running of my property and i do not have to worry Day to day about my property as they handle everything. From booking gas safety certificates, electrical testing, renewals, check out process, deposit release, inspections, fire safety regulations are adhered to, ensuring rent is received in a timely manner. They contact me with any maintenance issues but deal with them swiftly and efficiently having taken on my feedback. If your looking for a new company to manage your flat/ house I would highly recommend woodlands.

GoogleI cannot believe there is a better managing agent in the area than Woodlands. We have 5 properties under management with them and they have dealt with everything that has arisen in a professional, friendly and economical way, while keeping us informed of our obligations and helping us be compliant. From rental negotiation onwards the service is excellent. Katie in particular has been outstanding.

GoogleWoodlands just sold our mother's house in Reigate for us. We chose Woodlands as much for 'feels right' factor as their competitive fee. Throughout the process they have been truly excellent, from brochure & website promotion, quickly generating and attending a good number of viewings ( & many second viewings). As the house was vacant, Woodlands also visited weekly to check the premises for us. Steve & his colleagues were very helpful in contributing to and advising on the final negotiation process, as well as liaising with our buyer's legal people and ours . Very helpful & professional throughout, Woodlands have renewed my faith in their profession, providing a service & outcome that I feel sure that we would not have achieved from an online or virtual agency. I would recommend Woodlands to any house seller in the area without hesitation.

GoogleDave Norris @ Woodlands has been excellent from start to finish. Buying your first house can be extremely daunting and nerve racking. Specially when you are registered with more than 1 estate agency as you normally do. Woodlands have not been pushy at all and understood our requirements. During the process, we had many chases from other estate agents who wanted us to view houses which weren't our requirement and the badgering was non stop. We are really pleased with the service and help provided by Woodlands & specially Dave. All our queries were answered promptly and were sensible. He definitely delivered on his promises. We will definitely use them again for our next purchase provided Dave Norris still works for them. :)

GoogleWe have been letting our property out through Woodlands for more than five years and are very pleased with their property management service. Katie, our main contact, and the team are very professional and friendly. Katie is very approachable and willing to listen to our concerns. She contacts us with the maintenance issues, keeps us well informed and any repairs are dealt with promptly. She always tries her best to sort things out, which gives us a peace of mind. It is not easy to rent our house out whilst living abroad. But we know Katie and Sam are here to help us and our house is in safe hands. We do appreciate their help as always.

GoogleI have been using Woodlands to fully let my property for 3 years now. I looked into Woodlands when I decided I wanted to let my property out as my neighbour also used them, they were very clear and professional and answered any questions I had and were happy to spend the time with me I needed as I didn't know what to expect as this was all new to me. Their communications between them, myself and my tenants are excellent and they are quick to deal with any issues which arise. So far I cannot fault them and I am happy for them to continue to manage letting my property.

GoogleFrom start to finish, David Norris and the team have made buying our first property stress free and enjoyable. We always knew that they were on hand to answer any questions we had (which was quite frequently given that we were first time buyers!) and the communication was excellent. Everyone we spoke to at Woodlands was helpful and patient with us and they always followed through on call backs and prompt replies to emails. We had a tough time with numerous delays from solicitors but Dave was always on hand to chase and follow up on our behalf. It felt like the team were always trying to push through the sale for our benefit and not for theirs and we were met with many congratulations when we finally(!) achieved a completion date. My parents had an excellent experience buying through Woodlands when they purchased their first house so we were thrilled to find that our first flat was being sold by them. We always had complete confidence in what they were doing and they led us through the process step by step - no question was too silly and we always felt reassured that they were doing all they could to progress our purchase. I would highly recommend Woodlands to anyone looking at buying, selling or renting in the area who is looking for an estate agency that can provide you a friendly, professional and informative service.
